I was born in Montebello and live in Monterey Park, California. Growing up, I saw my parents run their small business (Masuda Carpet Cleaners). My Dad would go out on appointments and my Mom handled all the paperwork and finances. When the phone rang at home, we knew it was time be quiet so my Dad could speak to his customers. He always sounded like he was talking to friends. They would talk about vacations, family and everything in between before he scheduled their next cleaning. He often took my sister and I on weeknight and weekend jobs. He always worked so hard, no matter how big or small the job was. I’m proud to say that I learned such a strong work ethic from my parents. Thank you, Mom and Dad.
I started my sales career over 20 years ago and I have been employed by many Fortune 500 companies where I was ranked regionally and nationally. In 2012, I began working at a real estate office as a Recruiter. I instantly fell in the love with the industry. I worked in the office in the day and attended real estate courses at night. I studied diligently for months and passed my exam on the first try. I actually cried when I got my results!
Once I was licensed, I mentored under one of the Top Producers in the San Gabriel Valley/ Top 100 in California. I watched and learned how to get my offers accepted, price homes correctly, strategize and handle the most challenging transactions. I will always be grateful for this.
I transitioned to Keller Williams in 2017 as a Realtor, Director of Agent Development and served as a ALC (Agent Leadership Council) Member . In 2018, we opened our Real Estate School where I was the Instructor and Mentor to new agents. I am very excited that in 2022, I switched to EXP Realty of California, Inc. They are one of fast growing cloud based brokerages that’s powered by top agents and cutting-edge technology.
